Night Out at Corner House
Today we suddenly decided to go out and have Masala Dosa which is my favourite.I and krishna had Dosa at Corner House(Dosa and chats special) at Marthahalli.Yummy!!! Dosa was delicious.Aashrita was enjoying in her stroller, kicking her legs and making funny sounds.I had Hot chocolate fudge after having dosa.It is so cold outside,but still ate icecream.We enjoyed a lot and I wore new kurthi bought at Cosmos Mall.

Dum Aloo Preparation
Ingredients
• Baby potatoes 10
• 4 tomatoes (medium)
• 3 onions (medium)
• 2 spoons garam masala powder
• 1 spoon of ginger garlic paste
• 3 table spoons of oil
• Salt(according to taste)
• Pepper(according to taste)
• Coriander leaves ½ bunch
Procedure
1. Make paste of tomatoes and onion separately
2. Take 2 table spoons of oil in the pan, add onion paste
3. Fry the above mixture till onion paste is golen brown
4. Next add ginger garlic paste and fry for few minutes.
5. Next add tomato paste and stir it for few minutes.
6. Add salt and pepper according to the taste
7. Boil the potatoes and make holes to the boiled potatoes on all sides with a fork
8. Add potatoes to the mixture and stir it for few minutes and finally add garam
masala powder
9. Sprinkle with finely chopped coriander leaves
10.Serve it with hot rotis
Pudina Rice
Mint leaves( in Hindi pudina) is dark green leaves with pleasant flavour. Mint is grown all over the world. It comes in many varieties such as spearmint, peppermint etc, each with distinct flavour.It has an important place in Indian cuisine. It is used in variety of dishes like fruit salads, vegetable salads, salad dressings, soups, desserts, juices rasam, Sambar, biryanis ,chutneys etc.
when i was working in college i had this friend name sirisha. she is very good cook.She makes excellent rice dishes. She told me this receipe. Hey Thanks sirisha.
Ingredients:
• Cooked Rice 4 cups
• 1 bunch of Pudina leaves
• 4 green chillies (add more/less acc to taste)
• Garam Masala 1spoon
• Ginger garlic paste 1 spoon
• Onions 2 medium or 1 big
• Oil 2 table spoons
Procedure
1. Make a paste of pudina leaves and green chilies and keep it a side.
2. Heat oil in a pan, then add finely chopped onions, fry until golden brown
3. Add ginger garlic paste and then add grinded pudina & chilli paste.
4. Fry the above paste for few minutes and then finally add salt and garam masala.
5. Add the above paste to the cooked rice, mix it well.
6. Serve it with raitha

Sprouts
• 1 cup of (100 gms) of sprouts
• 1 Onion
• 3 Green chilies
• 1 Tomato
• Lemon
• Coriander leaves
Procedure
Finely chop onions and tomatoes
1. Take oil (1/2 tsp) in a pan
2. Season it with mustard and a pinch of hing
3. When mustard starts to crackle add sprouts to the oil
4. Add little bit of salt to the mixture
5. Stir it for 5 minutes on low flame
Serve it in a bowl with Onions, tomatoes and coriander
Now a spicy yummy sprouts snack is ready to eat.
A very easy and healthy food for a quick and tasty snack.
