How to make puris
1.Take equal quantity of suji ravva/upma
ravva
2.Add pinch of baking soda
3.Add required amount of salt
Method
Add all the above ingridients and mix them properly.Now add warm water and make it into a dough like chapati dough.Cover it with a wet cloth for 30 min.Now take the dough and make it into a chapati and cut it with small cookie cutter or any bottles lid .
Heat oil in a pan when it is hot u add puris they fluff and immediately make the flame medium ans fry them.yummy puris are ready to be gulped.
